- Take a bowl add mix flour, turmeric, red chilli powder, asafoetida, chilli / garlic / ginger paste, curd, salt, chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander,1 tsp ghee, water and make a soft, stiki dough
- Take the butterpaperand take lemon size ball of dough and press with your hand and make thalipith
- Now heat twa and cook thalipith and spread some ghee for few minutes on medium to slow flame
- Now spread some grated carrot, cabbage, coriander in to the circle shape and cover the lid over medium flame for 2 mins
- Tricolour Thalipith is redy to serve
