- First, grind the sprouts to a fine paste in mixer. Take in a bowl.
- Combine ragi malt,sprouts paste, curd and all the other ingredients gently. Adjust the spices.
- Add warm water,1 teaspoon oil and mix with a wire whisk to form a smooth batter without lumps. Keep mixing for 3 minutes. Then cover and keep for 2 minutes.
- Now heat a non stick or cast iron skillet and grease with oil. Sprinkle a little water on tawa. If it evaporates fast, it means you can start the pancakes. Pour 1 big laddle full of batter, spread into a round disk, pour 1 teaspoon oil on the sides,cover and cook till the edges separate from bottom.
- Now turn the pancake and cook on other side till it's crisp. Take out on a plate and make all other pancakes similarly. Serve these yummy and nutritious pancakes with a dip of cheesy curd.
