- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and pepper.
- Add curd and mix well.
- Add food salt, put a teaspoon of water on it and mix again. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Take 1/4 cup of batter and pour it on a non-stick pan. Cook it on slow flame. Do not use oil at all.
- Once it is cooked (you'll see change in color, flip the side and cook for another one minute.
- Yummy pancakes are ready to serve. Serve hot with your favourite chutneys, ketchup or mayonnaise. Enjoy!
