  1. Using plastic wrap, roll the anko paste into 6 balls.
  2. Put the pancake mix, butter and yoghurt in a bowl and knead until the dough is no longer sticky. If it sticks to your hands, add a little more pancake mix or flour.
  3. Add the cocoa powder to 1/4 of the dough from Step 2, and knead and mix. Roll the rest of the dough into 6 balls. *ind a flat surface and mix it using the palms of your hands.
  4. Divide the Step 3 cocoa dough into 24 individual balls. Wrap in plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
  5. Roll out the 6 pieces of plain dough using a rolling pin, and place a ball of anko in the centre of each.
  6. Lightly stretch the dough around the anko, gather it in the centre, and close firmly.
  7. Set the oven to 170℃ and place the 6 pandas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space in between. Put 2 pieces of cocoa dough on for the ears, and another 2 for the nose. Press on hard so they stick.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes. When cooled, draw on the eyes, and they're done. ♪ Enjoy them fresh from the oven.
