- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the oats until well combined. Spread the mixture into the tin and flatten with the back of a metal spoon. Keep pressing to give an even surface with no holes or gaps
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. once ready remove and cut while still hot then leave to cool in the tin
- Best served while slightly warm or leave to cool and dip in melted chocolate, then allow chocolate to set
