- Soak oats in 11/2 cup water for 10-15 mins.
- Finely chop all veggies and keep.I have used to chopper to chop veggies.
- After 15 mins add all veggies to oats. Add ajwain, jeera, grated ginger. Mix everything well.
- Add rava and salt to taste and mix well. The batter will be thick.
- Take a nonstick pan and grease it with oil and make small thick pancakes and let it cook on medium flame. Once its cooked nicely from bottom then only flip and cook from otherside too.
- Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
