Steps to make Oats Pancake with Peanut chutney:
  1. For Peanut chutney Add Coriander, Green chillies, Garlic and Peanuts in a mixer jar and blend them. Now add Curd and Salt.
  2. Now put pan on medium flame, add oil to it. When oil becomes hot add Mustard seeds. When Mustard seeds cracked, add Curry leaves and Sesame seeds. Then add this tadka in Peanut chutney.
  3. Heat a pan. Add Oil then add Curry leaves, Mustard seeds when it cracked add Red Chilli Flakes, Turmeric, Salt and Coconut in it Mix them. Add Potatoes and stir well. Switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and mix it.
  4. Wash and soak Chana dal and Oats for 4 hours.
  5. Once soaked, then grind them with a very little water to make a thick batter. Add Oats mixture in a large bowl. Add beetroot puree blend them
  6. Add the Batter in a Large bowl.Add cumin, Red Chili powder and Salt in it.
  7. Keep the tawa on the gas. Now with the help of a spoon, put the batter on the Tawa and make Pancake
  8. Keep it on the medium flame, Now add Cheese on it.Then add Potato Mixture on the top of the Pancake.
  9. When it's crispy from a bottom side. remove it from the Tawa. Oats Pancake (Cheela) is ready. Serve with Peanut chutney
  10. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
