Steps to make Super Healthy Pancake:
  1. Add all 5 flours and oats in a mixing bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, cumin seeds and curd and mix well.
  2. Add water slowly stirring the mixture to avoid formation of lumps. Adjust the consistency of batter by adding water. Rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Wash, peel and chop onion, tomato, ginger and red and green capsicums.
  4. After 15 minutes mix all the chopped vegetables in the batter and mix gently.
  5. Heat a non stick griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and pour 2 tb of batter and spread. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Flip again and roast for 2 minutes.
  6. Like wise make all the pancakes.
  7. Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice. A very nutritious and healthy breakfast.
