  9. Get 1 cup shredded cabbage
  10. Prepare Some chopped coriander
  11. Take Pepperika powder & Mayonnaise for garnishing
Instructions to make Pajeon (Korean Cabbage Pancakes):
  1. In a bowl, break one egg, If you want an egg less pancake, then take curd and add little water, Add 1/4th cup plain flour (maida), soya sauce, green onions, green chilies, salt - be light on salt as soya sauce is already salty and about 4 tbsp of water and mix well.
  2. Now add a pinch of baking powder, carrot, cabbage, coriander and 3 tbsp of water mix well, the batter should be slightly thicker than pancake batter.
  3. Heat a pan and pour some oil in the pan. Take a laddle full of pancake mix and pour it on the pan. once firm you can flip the pancake. It will take 5-7 minutes to cook pancakes from both the sides till it gets a beautiful golden brown colour from both sides.
  4. Savoury Cabbage pancakes are ready. Garnish it with mayonnaise, spring onions and paprika powder or like I did with sriracha sauce.
