  8. Break lumps with a whisk and make a smooth batter.
  9. Then heat a heavy pan. spread to oil on the pan.
  10. With a ladle gently pour the batter. Do not spread the batter with the ladle. The batter spreads on its own. On a medium-low flame cook the pancake.
  11. Cook the pancake till you see bubbles forming on the surface.
  12. When the base becomes crisp, gently turn over pancake.
  13. Cook the second side also till. Then remove and serve the pancake
  14. Garnishing pancakes with chocolate syrup and enjoy.
