  3. Make medium thick counsistency
  4. Heat apan skillet (tawa). Spread a bit of oil on it use oil / butter /ghee pour a spoonful of batter on pan and gently spread. Make small pancakes cook medium heat
  5. Dizzle some oil on sides and top. When base gets golden and slightly crisp turn over. Second side cook until it gets golden
  6. Serve hot enjoy plain / maple /jams /caremel sauce / melted peanut butter.
