Steps to make Ragi Savory Pancakes:
  1. Firstly, in a big bowl add ragi flour, semolina and rice flour. Add in curd and water, make a smooth pouring consistency batter. Keep this Pancake batter in rest for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, preparing chutney… Heat oil in a pan, splattered mustard seeds, asafoetida, chilli and curry leaves. Add ginger-garlic and onion. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Further, add tomatoes, salt, sugar and chilli powder. Stir cover and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add in coconut and cook until tomatoes become soft and mushy. Turn off flame. Let it cool completely. Then, grinde until smooth. Add lemon juice and adjust salt give it a good mix. Prepared Tempering of mustard seeds, chilli and curry leaves, pour it over chutney. Red chutney is ready.
  4. Further, In Pancake batter add chopped vegetables and mix everything well. Now add salt and baking soda give it a quick good mix.
  5. Heat a pan,greased it with ghee or oil. Keep the flame on low-medium Add a ladle full of batter, spread it little, cover and cook for 2 minutes or until the top of Pancake cooked.
  6. Spread some ghee on top and flip it. Cook another side for 2 minutes or until it turn brown and crispy from both sides. Similarly make all pancakes.
