  4. Wash and boil meat with seasoning. Cut pumpkin in small sizes. Wash and add to the pot of meat. Cook very well till pumpkin is well cooked. Mash the pumpkin.
  5. Add palm oil in a pot then pour in your ground pepper and tomatoes. Fry well, then pour it into the pot of boiled meat and pumpkin.
  6. Stir and season to your taste. Add your ground crayfish. Cover and lower flame then allow to cook.
  7. Pick, slice and wash your spinach. Add to the pot of soup. Cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
